high tea

 1. stwbry, choc and walnut mousse cake.2. melted cheddar on potato wedges and ham bits. 3. mozerrella on garlic bread. 4. little cakes with melted choc or stwbry centre.  1. raspbry, green tea and lychee jelly.2. rolled smoked salmon. 3. mushroom and ham Quiche. 4. dragofruit, kiwi, mango, stwbry fruit tarts. *Those food i didn't capture in my cam....* 1. seafood pastry 2. assorted premium sushi 3. fried big-prawn wanton 4. lil pizza on foccacia bread.
jus by looking at the 'ice cream on pancake' is enough to make me dash for a pail to contain my dripping saliva........! chocolate sauce, thick and strong. ice cream, sticky and yummy! arrrrrhhhhhhhhh......!!! i, too, have some pics of food i ate during high tea yesterday. although it's not as 'desserty sweet' as izz's 'ice cream on pancake', (gosh....) they're super delicate and are of superior quality! coz they cost $50/pax!!! didn't really take pics of all. coz the red hot lights that r supposed to kip certain food warm are affecting my pics. so..... moreover, some guest decided to fly aeroplane last min, so we got more food to eat!!!! ♥ Blogging in A Jolly Haven @ 1:55 am
