This client of mine recently referred his friend to me. She's super interested in this retirement plan from our company. And she has a whopping $1 million, ready cash waiting to be put into this plan. If she takes up this plan with me, i will receive this super fat commission of $25,000!!

BUT. Jap gahmen have this ruling, that no jap national are allowed to purchase any plans from other countries. Unless they give up their jap national. Even if they're a S'pore PR, as long as they didn't give up their jap national identity, still can't be done. I told this fact to my client with utmost reluctance... $25,000.................
